A Ruptured Air Balloon Can Sound Louder Than A Shotgun    




Balloons are associated with birthdays and celebrations. However, the sound of a balloon bursting can be louder than a shogun and can be a cause of hearing loss. While the maximum sound that one can a person can be exposed without risking hearing loss is 140 decibels, a ruptured balloon due to overinflating can reach 168 decibels.
