Hearing Loss Could Misguide A Dementia Diagnosis    




Studies are suggesting that tinnitus can be related to dementia. In the case of Alzheimer’s, the problem is that the patient does not remember recent conversations. However, the reason might be because he never heard the conversation because of tinnitus. The suggestion would be to have a hearing test on probable cases of dementia.
