It Is A Disorder Of The Inner Ear Which, If Untreated, Can Lead To Permanent Hearing Loss    




Dizziness or light-headedness is not a serious condition. However, it can be a sign of a more serious health issue. One of them is Meniere’s disease, a disorder of the inner ear which can also cause vertigo, tinnitus, ear pressure deep inside the ear and hearing loss. Among the symptoms are dizziness, nausea, tinnitus in the form of ringing, buzzing or roaring sounds, and sudden hearing loss. These symptoms can happen all at once and can last up to two to three hours. It can happen in one or two ears, and if left untreated, could result in permanent hearing loss.
